This card is called a Banded Hexagon Column card, and has been resized from one by Sam Calcott (Iced Images). Where her card was just the column on a flat piece, this one is on a card base.
The patterned paper panels have been sponged around the edges with Garden Green ink using a dauber. The leaf die cuts have been coloured with Granny Apple Green in using a blending brush. The flowers have been coloured with a Fresh Freesia Stampin' Blend alcohol marker.
